Joy Linkous is a nurse practitioner in adult gerontology. She is a graduate of New River Community College (AS in nursing), Winston-Salem State University (BS in nursing), and UNC-Chapel Hill (MS in nursing). Her medical career began in 2007 gaining experience in various specialties such as Orthopedic, Psychiatric, and Cardiovascular care. She believes that good health and happiness are a priority in life. She is excited and committed to promoting the medical weight loss program at MarSha Medspa developing education around nutrition and weight loss that helps patients set realistic and attainable goals. She understands the struggles with weight loss and works diligently with patients. Additionally, Joy has a strong passion for aesthetics and is trained in injectables (Botox, Fillers, Sculptra, PRP) and Laser hair/pigment/vein removal. Her goal is building custom treatment plans to achieve your unique goals and help you feel amazing, inside and out. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and traveling.
