How It All Began

MarSha MedSpa started as a pilot concept right here in Garner, NC. The goal was to understand and serve the aesthetic needs of the local community. From the very beginning, our vision was simple: to create a place where every client feels confident, cared for, and genuinely valued under the supervision of a trusted physician.

We believed that high-quality aesthetic care should be approachable, affordable, and professional. Safety and real results guided us then and still guide us today.

Our Original Vision

From the outset, we prioritized empathy and safety. Unlike most medspas, our medical director, an Internist with more than 30 years of experience, has always been on site. This gave our clients confidence that every treatment had medical oversight.

Our goal was not only to deliver medical-grade treatments but also to make each visit feel personal and welcoming. Clients describe it as visiting a trusted friend who happens to be an expert in aesthetics.

Joy recently gave me a Sculpta treatment as well as some filler in my cheeks.  Note:  Sculpta isn't even meant to work immediately, but this "after" photo is only about an hour post-treatment.  An hour!  I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

A New Home in Garner, NC What began as a small, unknown pilot has grown into one of the Triangle’s most trusted medspas. To meet growing demand, MarSha MedSpa has expanded into a new facility at 173 Mast Drive, Garner, NC 27529.
